Cast iron boiler accessories
Heizungszubehör
A heating system works only efficient if all accessories parts match with the heating system. Here you find a small extract of our large installation range.
Buffer accumulator
A heating buffer accumulator is used to accumulate heating water and is installed in combination with a wood gasification boiler or solid fuel boiler. The buffer accumulator is used to accumulate the heating water that is not given immediately to heat carriers like radiators or floor heating. This has the advantage that the wood gasification boiler or solid fuel boiler can burn the fuel after heating-up with a high efficiency rate due to the fact that heat purchase is higher with a buffer than without a buffer. Even if the boiler does not produce heat any longer the filled buffer accumulator supplies the heat carriers with warm heating water as required. The size of the buffer volume depends on the boiler size. We recommend ca. 55 litres buffer volume for 1 kW boiler power.
.

Huch heat accumulator

  • Buffer accumulator (PSX) 200-300 litres
  • Buffer accumulator stainless steel (HPS) 150-1000 litres
  • Buffer accumulator with/ without heat exchanger (PS/GWT) 600-1000 litres
  • Industrial water accumulator (BS) 120-1000 litres
  • High performance accumulator (HLS) 300-500 litres
  • Solar accumulator (SSH) 300-1000 litres
  • Solar accumulator stainless steel (HSS) 300-1000 litres
  • Combination accumulator with heat exchanger (KS) 250/200-1100/200 litres
Industrial water accumulator
The industrial water accumulator is used for heating and supply of warm water which is necessary for daily needs like washing and drinking. The size of the industrial water accumulator volume depends on the persons living in the house. As required the industrial water accumulator should contain 40-50 litres apiece. The industrial water accumulator can be heated by heating system or solar panel. A good insulation ensures low temperature loss.

SMART industrial water accumulator made of stainless steel

  • Stainless steel accumulators used as industrial water accumulator
  • Extremely long-lasting made of stainless steel
  • PU-high-density foam insulation 50 mm
  • Loss of heat ca. 3 °C in 8 hours
  • Accumulator sizes from 130 to 240 litres
Flue control
The flue control is used to regulate the through-flow temperature of solid fuel boilers. It regulates automatically primary air supply and thus it controls the burning of the solid fuel boiler.

Thermal process safeguard
The thermal process safeguard (TPS) belongs to safety components in an enclosed heating system. The TPS is connected to safety heat exchanger and has a cold water supply. The temperature sensor of the TPS, which has to screwed into the solid fuel boiler, is used as “watcher”. If the water temperature inside the solid fuel boiler rises over 95 °C the TPS opens and cold water flows through the safety heat exchanger. Thus the boiler is shielded from overheating.

  • Case made of hot-pressed brass
  • Cap made of fibre-glass reinforced plastic
  • With twin-sensor and immersion sleeve DN 15
  • DIN-tested, component test: Th 79793
  • Maximum heating power of the system 100 kW

Safety heat exchanger
As the thermal process safeguard the safety heat exchanger belongs to safety components in an enclosed heating system and it is screwed into through-flow of the solid fuel boiler. Using the cooling coil the cold water supplied by TPS can flow through the safety heat exchanger and cool the boiler in case of to high temperatures.
